Palllm\u00ae ist ein innovatives Unternehmen mit Standorten in Bayern, das aus vielen Jahren Erfahrung<\/strong> in der Holzindustrie und intensiver Forschung hervorgegangen ist.
Unser Team betreibt ein Technikum sowie eine<\/strong> voll funktionsf\u00e4hige Produktionsanlage<\/strong> f\u00fcr Faserverbundwerkstoffe aus Palmabf\u00e4llen und vergleichbaren Naturfasern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit unserem patentierten Verfahren<\/strong> verwandeln wir bisher ungenutzte Nebenprodukte der Landwirtschaft und Beiprodukte der Lebensmittelindustrie in hochwertige, nachhaltige Materialien. Der Ausgangsstoff stammt, je nach Region, von \u00d6lpalmen, Kokospalmen oder Dattelpalmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forschung und Entwicklung<\/h2><\/div>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Entwicklung zur Produktionsreife von Faserverbundwerkstoffen aus Palmabf\u00e4llen haben wir in den letzten Jahren wertvolle material- und verfahrenstechnische Erfahrungen gesammelt. Am Standort Haag (Obb) steht uns daf\u00fcr eine voll integrierte Pilot- und Forschungsanlage<\/strong> zur Verf\u00fcgung \u2013 die Basis f\u00fcr unsere Innovationsarbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Anlagenbauern und Bindemittelherstellern konnten wir Prozesse entwickeln, testen und stetig optimieren. So wurde die Anlage ab 2021 kontinuierlich erweitert und bildet heute das Herzst\u00fcck unserer Forschung und Entwicklung.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Die Pilotanlage<\/h2><\/div>\n

Die Pilotanlage umfasst rund 5.000 m\u00b2 Hallenfl\u00e4che<\/strong> und erreicht eine j\u00e4hrliche Produktionsleistung von ca. 7.500 Tonnen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von der Faseraufbereitung \u00fcber Beleimung, Trocknung, Dosierung und Hochdruckverpressung bis hin zu Energiegewinnung und Filtertechnik \u2013 die Anlage ist vollst\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr eine Serienproduktion im Industriema\u00dfstab<\/strong> ausger\u00fcstet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich stehen Anlagen zur Veredelung der Werkstoffe<\/strong> bereit. Derzeit sind etwa 400 Tonnen Rohmaterialien<\/strong> aus verschiedenen Regionen (S\u00fcdostasien, MENA, Lateinamerika) st\u00e4ndig verf\u00fcgbar, um Rezepturen und Prozesse unter realistischen Bedingungen zu pr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Biobasierte Produktion und Anwendung<\/h2><\/div>\n

Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Umstellung auf 100 % biobasierte Bindemittel<\/strong>. Durch gezielte Anpassungen unserer Verfahren, urspr\u00fcnglich auf chemische Bindemittel (Formaldehyd) ausgelegt, konnten wir die Produktion erfolgreich auf \u201eBiobetrieb\u201c umstellen \u2013 ohne Einbu\u00dfen in Qualit\u00e4t oder Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Anlage dient nicht nur zur Forschung, sondern auch zur Herstellung von Vorserienproduktionen<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Marktaufbau und zur Prozessoptimierung<\/strong> k\u00fcnftiger Gro\u00dfanlagen. Zudem wird sie genutzt, um Personal zu schulen und Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe unter Serienbedingungen zu simulieren.
